Toughened Structural Adhesive
Rubber-toughened structural adhesive for composites, metals and mixed materials.
A rubber-toughened, high-strength structural adhesive with a grease-like consistency that's easy to apply by spatula, trowel, brush or dispensing gun. It bonds materials with very different expansion rates and resists micro-cracking under repeated fatigue. It applies in the cold and isn't affected by high humidity. In shear tests on wood, the wood failed before the bond did.

The mixed bio-based figure depends on the hardener chosen.
* Bio-based carbon is the share of carbon atoms that come from plant sources rather than fossil sources. "Resin part" is Part A on its own; "mixed" covers resin and hardener together and is usually lower, because most hardeners contain less bio-based carbon. Figures from the manufacturer's technical datasheets. The Crystal Clear Epoxy figure is tested to ASTM D6866.
CMR means carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic to reproduction.
Technical data from the manufacturer's datasheets, measured at 23 °C unless stated. Always test before use and read the safety data sheet.
