BetterMatter is a trading name of Poly-Props Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company No. 09903210. Our registered office is Basford Warehouse, Derby Road, Heanor, DE75 7QL. We are the data controller for information collected through this site.

When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, company, email address, telephone number if you provide one, the material or application you are asking about, an approximate quantity and your message. We also record the page the enquiry came from and the time it was sent.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, send samples and documentation, and keep a record of our correspondence. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have made.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who host our website and store our enquiry records, and with couriers where a sample has to be delivered to you.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we have an active business relationship with you, and for up to six years afterwards to meet our accounting and legal obligations.
